It only lasted for a few days, at the very beginning of the summer. But the boy was so tired of me trying to sweep his hair out of his eyes that I resorted to a ponytail on the top of his head. I received a few "she's so cute" comments, and although I corrected the first couple, I ended up just thanking the rest. Because he is so cute.
Like I said, it only lasted a few days. I moved onto a barrette, which worked much better, and was less of a struggle getting into his hair. I know that eventually a haircut will happen, but neither Richard or I are ready for it yet. We love this boy, and every single crazy long hair on his head!
